Your International Debit Card

Apply for your International Debit Card today and access your funds anywhere, anytime! First, you need to setup your Payweb account. Registration is free and simple. Once you login you can immediately submit your application for an International Debit Card (please see our Fees and Rates page). In order to get your debit card, you have to provide us with notarized copies of your international ID (ID should contain your full name in Latin or be translated into English) and utility bill (it should contain your full name and confirm the address in your application; this address will be used for bank package delivery). Please send hard copies to a PO Box closest to you (see Contact Us page) and e-mail us the scanned copies. As soon as we receive your documents, your bank card will be issued and mailed to the address you provide in your application by regular mail (free of charge) or by courier (for an extra fee, see Fees and Rates page).

Get your bank account set up in no time

Your Payweb debit card subaccount retains basic functions of any bank account - you can receive wire transfers, make internal bank payments, pay by or retrieve cash from your debit card. But if you're interested in converting it to a fully functional bank account with our bank, enabling all the functionality (i.e. send wire transfers) - you need to obtain Digipass (a small security token used to sign electronic transactions) by selecting relevant option in your Personal section on Payweb site.

Send money to friends and family

You can easily transfer funds between Payweb accounts. Have your distant friends, relatives or partners join Payweb and they'll be able to receive payments instantly. Have them open an International Debit Card — and enable them to retrieve cash from ATMs around the world. In order to execute internal Payweb payment to another user all you should know is their Payweb ID, then follow these simple steps:
- click on "Send money" in your Personal section on Payweb site;
- enter desired amount in proper field (make sure that the balance on your account covers both the transfer amount and service fee. See "Ins and outs" part of FAQ if you need to add funds to your account first);
- put beneficiary's Payweb ID;
 - (optional) enter payment description.

Receiving money from other Payweb users is easy too. All you have to provide them with is only your assigned Payweb ID (you can see it on My Payweb account page); you do not have to provide them with any other information like your e-mail, login name or any other personal data. You may ask the sender to follow the instructions above.

Secure online shopping

You can shop securely with dozens of our merchant partners basically wherever you see a Payweb logo. No need to reveal you credit card information on different sites, just use your Payweb ID while we take care of security. Please follow the instructions on the merchant's website to complete your payment. Our standard internal transaction fee is applied, please check our Fees and Rates page for more information.
